Wholesale Terms of Sale

The short version: we make the canister. You make everything in it. These terms apply automatically to every business purchase of ReadySpin canisters (500 units and up, or any purchase for commercial use).

1. Component sale

ReadySpin canisters are sold empty, as a packaging component. We make no representation that any finished product you make with them is safe, compliant, or fit for sale.

2. Your product, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your recipes and formulations, filling and freezing, labeling and nutrition claims, regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, state and local), recalls, and the safety of your finished products. You agree to hold ReadyBrands LLC harmless from claims arising out of your products.

3. Carry your own coverage

Business buyers must maintain their own commercial general liability and product liability insurance appropriate to their operations. ReadySpin's insurance covers our canister — not your food product.

4. Respect the design

The ReadySpin canister, including its gear-lock base, is our intellectual property (patent pending). Buying canisters gives you the right to use them in your business — not to copy them, reverse-engineer them, or commission duplicate tooling.

5. Trademarks

"Creami-compatible" describes physical fit only. ReadySpin is not affiliated with SharkNinja Operating LLC, and you may not state or imply any SharkNinja affiliation or endorsement in your marketing. Ninja Creami® is a trademark of SharkNinja Operating LLC.

6. Warranty

We warrant canisters against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery; our sole obligation is replacement or refund of defective units. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Bigger programs

Orders over 10,000 canisters, confidential collaborations, exclusivity, or net payment terms require our signed Wholesale Agreement. Start at custom@readyspin.com.
